Owan the oil rig was out on the wide open ocean, hunkered down and bracing himself against a wild storm. The sky was gray and misty instead of the beautiful blue. The wind whooshed and screamed all around him. The waves that were once calm and gentle were now ferocious and pounded the pillars that made him stand strong. Owan has been out in storms before and could handle it as long as his anchor cables were sturdy and kept him grounded. But it didn't mean he had to enjoy it much. He would rather be in the Big Harbor; safe.  Since compared to a storm in the harbor to out on the ocean, the former is far tamer. But his work was needed out here.

Few needed maintenance while one needed a new chain entirely. Earlier the Dispatcher called him on the radio to inspect the cargo ship that came in before it went back out to sea tomorrow.
